Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, order size, carrier, and destination.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is largely outside my control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me and send clear photos of the merchandise and packaging so I can determine the appropriate next steps.

Processing Times

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the products ordered, order volume, custom work, or other circumstances.

Custom and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Any estimated processing or shipping times shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order and available shipping options.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the direct control of That Girl at the Market.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may cause packages to arrive later than originally estimated.

That Girl at the Market is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with other members of your household, neighbors, building management, or other areas where the carrier may have left the package.

You may also need to contact the shipping carrier for additional information about the delivery.

Please contact me if you continue to have difficulty locating the package, and I will help determine what options may be available.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost in transit, please contact me so the situation can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, I may ask you to contact the carrier or wait until the carrier's recommended delivery or investigation period has passed before determining the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Orders

If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:

The damaged merchandise
The shipping packaging
Any visible damage to the box or mailer
The shipping label, if requested

I will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photos or additional information may be needed for a shipping claim.

Refunds for damaged merchandise are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable when a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
